Mecca to the Maxima!

If Mecca Cosmetica and Kit Cosmetics weren’t already something of a danger zone; imagine them combined AND with added high-end brands with their best selling items? Here we have Mecca Maxima, with its first store opened in Melbourne Central. Oh great, a place that’s pretty damn easy to get to. I had to take a look, and what a perfect opportunity it was when they held a beauty carnival.

The beauty carnival was where you could try to rock a red lip (could I!?) smoulder in a smokey eye, work a sexy blow wave, or just check out the latest brands on offer in a super swish new layout.

I also love the fact that they have a super easy way to navigate the store, with a basket in tow, with a sign saying ‘busy browsing’ or ‘I need help’. My lovely SA here (I’m SO stupid for not getting her name, she was so friendly!) is holding up just how busy she is :)

Here is what I currently have my sights set on; Soap & Glory, all the way from the UK with prices that are just SO good, you’ll be hauling in no time.

I already have my eyes on the Clean On Me Creamy Clarifying Shower Gel, which is only $14.95 for 500ml! *squee* To pair with it, I’m thinking of Scrub ‘em and Leave ‘Em Body Buff, you know, gotta prepare for summer! Heck, I’ll use any excuse.

If you want to see the look I attempted to rock with a coral gloss she put on me (I really wasn’t brave enough for a true red) check out my profile pic over at my Twitter page ;)
