This has been a pretty exciting start to June 2012 I must say! Not even thinking of a possible tax return for end of financial year… but the first week of my 30 Days of Lippy collaboration – with a lot of help, and amazing list-skillz with Rosemary Slade. Whilst I was all about ‘shop from my stash’ Rosemary came up with the idea to put a list to it and make sure we were digging around for certain colours, re-discovering old favourites, new favourites or trying out colours we didn’t think we could rock. And SO many of you did! Not all had blogs, some were just on Twitter, some only did it via Instagram, but in this first 8 days – we had hit 207 #30daysoflippy tagged luscious lips on Instagram. AMAZING!

Thought I’d post a couple of favourites from the week -
Top left; a gorgeous matte(ish) pink from Covergirl (Lip Perfection in Heavenly)
Top right; I picked in the dark for coral day, yet still discovered a recent purchase as a favourite; Smashbox Be Legendary lipstick in Mandarin
Bottom left; the day’s lippy I had chosen for a stain wasn’t really working out, so as backup, found a frontrunner for a HG pink. A colour called Letitia by Becca.
Bottom right; first day before we had a list, I chose Perfect Plum, which was quite dark, almost ‘True Blood’ esque. Very wintry!
Seeing all of the lippies on Instagram, reading new blog posts, tweeting new friends, I can’t even… June has been fanTASTIC.
