Although I am quite the girly girl, I cannot manage in heels. A few weeks ago, at Paolo Nutini’s concert (which was excellent just in case you wanted to know) despite being smooshed exponentially, I had to enjoy most of the concert barefeet, resorting to taking off my short-heeled boots otherwise I was going to spend the remainder of the concert looking as if I needed a loo break. What makes it worse is that In Style featured a few shots of Katie Holmes and lil Suri. Adorable little girl.. wearing kitten heels! A toddler can manage heels but I can’t. Shocking.

I think I’ve found some solace though. Aside from some party feet (as in the gel soles you can insert into your shoes) how about this? Party band-aids! How can you go wrong? It’d be an ice-breaker for sure! Barefoot and fancy free, and fashionable band-aids!
