It actually opens at the ACMI on October 26th (for a special festival) I definitely can't go alone but its gonna be AMAZING!

I know a few folks that hate Paranormal Activity, because they think of these kinds of films as "cheat" movies. Personally, I liked it, even if it's flawed for sure, it's still impressive to pull off a movie for $15k in a week. I wrote about this in my own Paranormal Activity review, if you care to share it. I'll definitely check out his next film, but I'm hoping he's improved his storytelling.

I can't wait to see this movie. I'm a horror freak, and if it can scare me more than “The Exorcist” then I'll be impressed. :)

I saw this at the Sydney Film Festival back in June, and while its first half or so certainly spooks, it seriously loses its way as it progresses. We all left the theatre reasonably disappointed, sadly. Though I'll admit it is fun to watch with a full house at a late night screening.
